All purchases are subject to our acceptance. Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time. Payment must be made through our authorized processors. Once an order is confirmed it cannot be cancelled except under the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York County, New York.
