Our pursuit of
perfect rest.

For over a decade, Noctara has combined clinical research with advanced sleep technology to help people achieve deeper, healthier sleep.

Our History

Founded in the heart of Boston by Dr. Elena Voss, Noctara began as a small sleep laboratory dedicated to studying insomnia and circadian disorders. What started with four beds and one EEG machine has transformed into a globally recognized institute.

By 2017, our researchers had secured multiple NIH grants and partnered with leading universities to publish landmark papers on REM restoration techniques.

Today, the Noctara Sleep Institute operates five advanced research centers across North America and Europe, serving more than 180,000 patients annually through our clinically validated programs.

Our continuous evolution reflects a singular objective: translating groundbreaking sleep science into practical, life-changing solutions.

Our Mission

To advance human health by unlocking the scientific foundations of restorative sleep and delivering evidence-based technologies to every individual who seeks better rest.

RESEARCH FIRST
Every protocol undergoes 18+ months of peer-reviewed clinical validation before release.
PATIENT-CENTERED
We measure success not only in lab metrics but in real-world quality-of-life improvements.
FUTURE-FOCUSED
We invest 35% of revenue back into exploring next-generation non-pharmaceutical sleep interventions.
